Getting started
What Mach Triage is (and why it exists)
Mach Triage is a desktop-first command center for the work already living in Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or a local-only list, without turning your day into a browser tab rodeo.
Before you start
- A Mach Triage account on this site (email/password or Google).
- The desktop app installed on macOS, Windows, or Linux.
- One workspace slot on Free: local-only or one connected provider.
Your first five minutes: a guided path
- Sign in here. Use Login with email or Google.
- Open the desktop app from the browser. Approve Open/Allow when asked. See Desktop callback if it loops.
- Activate manually if needed. Paste the
machtriage://link on the desktop login screen. - Connect your first workspace or skip to local-only.
Desktop callback (`/desktop-callback`)
The browser may stop on /desktop-callback so you can approve opening the desktop app or copy a handoff link.
Plan status after checkout
Upgrades use secure checkout from your dashboard. Refresh if Pro does not appear within a minute.
When something goes wrong (plain-language safety net)
- Desktop did not launch: use the fallback link on the callback page.
- Still not Pro after checkout: wait a minute, refresh, then Support.
