Mach Triage features

Core capabilities

Local-first Jira, Linear, and GitHub triage

Native desktop workflow with instant search/filter behavior and less context switching.

Standups from real ticket activity

Generate updates from your actual ticket activity so daily syncs stop stealing deep-work time.

Multi-workspace command center (Pro)

Handle multiple workspaces (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or local) from one place without browser tab sprawl. Free includes one workspace slot.

Raycast Extension

Search, triage, and log work from Raycast—Free and Pro. A localhost bridge connects to the desktop app; no cloud relay, no token exposure. See Raycast docs.

Mach Armory (Pro)

Searchable local notes and snippets beside triage—surface matches from the command palette, pin a strip to the palette or hub, and open a wide main-column editor when you need room. See Mach Armory in the docs.

Typical flow

Step 1

Sign in on the portal

Sign in on the login page or home page, then follow the prompts to open the desktop app. If a browser tab asks to open Mach Triage or you land on a short “connect” page, that is normal—see Getting started if anything loops or blocks you.

Step 2

Triage and prioritize faster

Work backlog and in-flight tickets with a keyboard-first experience designed for throughput.

Step 3

Scale with Pro as needed

Start free—the Raycast extension and core triage work on Free. Upgrade from your dashboard when you want multiple workspaces, one-tap sign-in to your tools, Manager View, and Mach Armory.
